Thank you for shopping with IChandelier. We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the United States, with no minimum purchase required. Transparency and safe delivery are our core values.

Where do we ship?

Currently, we exclusively serve the United States market.

An order confirmation email will be sent once your payment is authorized. We will then begin preparing your goods immediately. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please review our shipping terms below. Placing an order indicates your acceptance of these procedures.

A. ORDER PROCESSING TIME (Handling Time)

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) - Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed starting the next business day.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 12-17 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to process your order and prepare it for shipment.
  • Warehouse Operation: Our global fulfillment centers operate Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been handed over to the carrier.

B. SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Our products will be shipped directly from our manufacturing facilities in China to offer you the best value on premium lighting. (Specific shipping origin address: No. 2 Yihui North Road, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, China).

  • Standard Sea Freight: Due to the large size and fragile nature of chandeliers, our default shipping method is secure Sea Freight. Once the shipment clears US customs, it will be handed over to local carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, or specialized truck freight) for final delivery.
  • Estimated Transit Time: 4-6 Weeks: (28-45 business days) after the order ships.
  • Cost: Free.
  • Expedited Air Shipping: If you need your order delivered faster (typically 8-15 business days), please contact us before placing your order for a custom quote, as air freight rates vary based on the volumetric weight of the package. Contact: info@ichandelier.com

Note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (12-17 business days) + Transit Time (28-45 business days).

C. PACKAGING STANDARDS (New)

We ensure all lighting fixtures are shipped according to strict safety guidelines based on the size and fragility of the item:

  • Custom Protection: Each chandelier is securely packed with custom-molded foam to prevent movement and protect delicate crystals or glass components.
  • Heavy-Duty Crating: Oversized or extremely fragile pieces are shipped in sturdy, heavy-duty cardboard boxes or custom-built wooden crates designed for international transport, tightly sealed and secured to withstand long-distance transit.

D. TAXES, DUTIES & INSURANCE

  • No Hidden Fees: All listed prices are final. We ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis for standard orders, meaning inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties. No additional charges will be added at checkout or upon delivery.
  • Fully Insured: IChandelier organizes and insures the transport of every order. If damage occurs during transit, you are fully covered.

E. ORDER TRACKING Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. Please note:

  • The tracking number may take 3-5 business days to become active in the carrier's system as the package clears initial export customs.
  • If your tracking information does not update after 10 business days, please contact us at info@ichandelier.com.

F. ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 24 Hours: If you request a cancellation after 24 hours but before the item has shipped, a 30% processing fee will be deducted to cover administrative and warehouse preparation costs.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You must wait to receive the item and then initiate a return in accordance with our [Return & Refund Policy].

G. CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS We are unable to change the delivery address once your order is in transit. If you need to modify the shipping address, please contact us at +1 (840) 242-9361 or email info@ichandelier.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

H. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

  • Damaged in Transit: If your parcel arrives with visible damage, please take photos immediately and contact us.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, or if there is no movement for an extended period, please contact us.
  • Reporting Window: For any delivery issues (lost, damaged, or missing items), you must contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of the delivery date (or 60 days from the order date if not delivered).

J. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. If the parcel was delivered in your absence and shows visible damage, please reach out to our customer service for assistance with the next steps.

IMPORTANT NOTE1. Cancellation Policy (Made-to-Order Items)

  • Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After 24 Hours: Since our chandeliers are custom-manufactured, cancellations requested after 24 hours (but before shipment) will incur a 30% processing fee to cover materials and production labor already invested.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, it cannot be canceled. You must wait to receive the item and then initiate a return in accordance with our Return Policy.

2. Reporting Shipping Issues

For any delivery problems (e.g., lost packages or damage in transit), you must contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of the DELIVERY date. Note: Do not calculate this from the order date, as sea freight transit times vary. We ensure you are covered after the goods arrive.
