Thank you for shopping on IChandelier! Our products are only available to customers in the United States and not to customers in other countries. For customers in different states of the United States, shipping is free and there is no minimum order amount.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified.
You should receive a tracking confirmation email to track the status of your order within the 3-5 business day handling time after your order has been completely processed.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
Generally, orders will be deliveried in 6-7 business day after order confirmation/payment.
Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
SHIPPING TIME
The shipping time will depend on various factors. If the lighting fixture you are purchasing is large or has a complex design, please contact us before placing your order to obtain an estimated delivery time. Additionally, if you have a specific deadline for you need the fixture, please inform our staff. This will allow us to better schedule the production and arrange the most suitable shipping method for you.
Note: If shipping is delayed, we are willing to give customers an additional 5% discount.
ABOUT TAX
All our prices and shipping costs include tax, we will pay the tax, so you don’t need to pay any tax.
TRACKING
You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
Important Note: You can receive a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, refund requests will be subject to certain handling and processing fees(20%). Once the order has been shipped, refunds are not possible; you must follow the return process after receiving the goods.
