SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with IChandelier. You will receive free shipping on this order, with no minimum purchase required.

An order confirmation email will be sent once your payment is authorized. We will then begin preparing your goods.

You should receive a tracking confirmation email to track the status of your order within 3 business days, allowing you to monitor your order's status.

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please review our shipping terms for orders destined for the United States. Placing an order indicates your acceptance of these procedures.

 

A. Order Processing Time

Order processing time is the period between when you place your order and when we hand it off to the shipping carrier.

Please allow 7-21 business days for your order to ship. Please note that our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding holidays.

 Orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience slight delays, though we work to minimize any impact on your delivery timeline.

 

B. Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery timelines vary based on the shipping method and product specifications. Below are our standard estimates:

  • Standard Sea Freight: 4-5 weeks. This is our default method for large or fragile items like chandeliers, as it is the safest option for secure transport.

  • Expedited Air/Express: Approximately 10 business days.

Important Considerations

  • For Large or Complex Fixtures: If you are considering a large or intricately designed lighting fixture, please contact us before ordering for a personalized delivery estimate.

  • For Tight Deadlines: If you have a specific deadline, please inform our team. This allows us to prioritize production and select the most reliable shipping method to meet your timeline.

Shipping Cost: $0. All orders include complimentary shipping.

 

C. Taxes

All listed prices are final and inclusive of all applicable taxes and shipping costs. No additional charges will be added at checkout.

 

D. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way. Please note:

  • The tracking number may take up to 24 hours to activate in the carrier's system.

  • Tracking updates can take 48-72 hours to appear.

  • Delays may occur during peak seasons or holidays.

If your tracking information does not update after 72 hours or you are unable to track your package, please contact us. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue within 48 hours.

 

E. Order Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase at no charge.

For cancellation requests made more than 24 hours after purchase, but before your order has shipped, a 30% handling fee will apply.

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

 

F. Order Acceptance & Pricing

Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order.

To avoid any fraud with credit or debit cards, we reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the product and to verify the personal information you shared with us. This verification can take the shape of an identity, place of residence, or banking information check. We reserve the right to proceed to direct cancellation of an order for which we suspect a risk of fraudulent use of a credit or debit card.

We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

If an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and receipt. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

I. Change of Delivery Address

We are unable to change the delivery address once your order is in transit.

J. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. If the parcel was delivered in your absence and shows visible damage, please reach out to our customer service for assistance with the next steps.

 

Important Note

Full Refund Window: You are eligible for a full refund if you request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.

Partial Refund Period: After 24 hours but before your order ships, a refund request will be subject to a 30% handling and processing fee.

After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be refunded directly. If you wish to return the item(s), you must initiate a return process after you have received the goods.

Shipping Issues: For any problems with the delivery of your package (e.g., lost or damaged in transit), you must contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of your order date.
