RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

By placing an order with IChandelier, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies outline our Return & Refund procedures to ensure you have a clear understanding of our processes. Please note that these policies apply exclusively to orders shipped to the United States.

 

A. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in its original condition, unused and uninstalled

  • Have all original tags and packaging intact

  • Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

 

B. Return Process

If your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label and detailed instructions for shipping the items back to our warehouse.

Please allow 3-5 business days for inspection after we receive your returned item. Upon completion, you may choose to receive:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund

Returns sent to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

C. Return Shipping

Once your return request is approved, we will email you the designated return address for your shipment.

 

D. Damaged, Incorrect, or Unwanted Items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us promptly. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you after verifying the issue.

Change of Mind or Ordering Error
If you no longer want an item due to a change of mind or ordering error (such as wrong size), please contact us immediately upon receipt. In such cases, you will be responsible for the outbound and return shipping costs.

 

E. Exchanges

For the fastest service, we recommend returning your original item and placing a separate new order for the correct product.

F. Obtaining a Return Label

Faulty Product
We will provide a prepaid return label for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Change of Mind
Customers are responsible for obtaining and funding their own return shipping for change of mind returns.

 

G. Refunds

You will receive a notification once we receive and inspect your return, confirming whether your refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
